If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options within South Africa:
Standard Courier: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 2500R
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
